Tarot Turning My Infinity Into Eight

Tarot Turning My Infinity Into 8

Welcome from Joanna Powell Colbert’s Gaian Soul blog to this Tarothoppin’ segment along your TarotBlogHop dance of “How can I be the best candle?”!

Starting “Tarot Turning My Infinity Into Eight” I corralled myself to stand and deliver for this blog by drawing two cards, and having a video come to mind . . . all of which of course will probably not cascade into this blog LOL.  LOL? Why is that funny?  ‘Cause, like in theatre, the warm-up is often not a part of the performance! And, it’s often a fun part of the dance that I didn’t want you to miss out on.  Sometimes, it is more important to simply GET started than express the reason why you did.  Reasons can be unreasonable, often a kind of looking back.  And, in fact reasons can seriously and specifically get in the way.  If you look at ’em too much you may bump into stuff rather than dancing forward.  Minding that reasons are unreasonable, I mind that form follows priority, and as well there are things that come to mind that simply do.  Like the 10 of Swords, Strength, and a video!

10 of Swords ~ Release!!  Rock bottom is a dang strong place to stand, stomp your feet, dance-stomp your feet, and step up to smile in and continue the TarotBlogHop dance!

Strength ~ VIII or XI depending on how you bust a move n shake it!  ~ Working the power of your natural (inner animal [totem]) voice. What’s yours?!!

Video in the warm-up here. 😉

And, things tend to work in sequence, huh?

Tarot Turning My Infinity Into Eight

How can I be the best candle?  I can be the best candle by providing a voice of making nebulous things more clear in effective ways for people.  Is it simply my 10th House Neptune and Mercury conjunct, Neptunian boundaryless concepts that I down-to-the-earth ground (ground as a verb)?  Maybe it is not that at all.  Maybe it is only that?  Maybe that is simply one of my many Path-Candlelarios in the dark, or bag-alarios as I call ‘em here in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA that silver-night-line-the-path of the psychic paper-bags-with-unseen-candle lights that naturally support me in my teaching?  And, astrologically, what does THAT mean?!! Neptune and Mercury conjunct? Whatsa conjunct mean?!! Makes like conjunction junction what’s your function?  In my case, it means . . . two things that taste great together .  . that you might not have thought of putting together.

My brand of best-candle conjunction?

Hookin’ up boundaryless concepts to specific and actionable things, and then making effective actions out of things that were initially formless.

Tarot Turning My Infinity Into Eight

I can be the best candle by . . .

I see with cat’s ears.  What does that mean? Like a cat focused on you that hears something else, they simply turn an ear, and they literally see a whole world behind them with that ear without ever turning their focus away from you. And then, they still have another eye of an ear left if they need. I experience the world that way.  I see with cat’s ears. My 6th sense, my psychic abilities, my personal brand of psychic abilities . . . my 5 senses seamlessly synchromesh into a 6th sense that informs me. That is simply my way. And, my quality of seeing with cat’s ears comes with a wonderful affect. It gives me the gift of a personal candle lit not only to be able to see things in the dark . . . to also see things differently in the dark.

Seeing with cat’s ears gives me a gift to be able to see differently into the dark?  Why is this a gift? If Seeing-With-Cat’s-Ears gifts me the ability to also find unlit candles in the dark, it also gifts me the ability to see unlit candles for both myself and for others. Personally, I find this to be DISCOVERY on steroids, and also quite useful.  I find it to be quite normal. And, in my experience the things I find quite normal are usually far from that. My candle is lit to bring others to allow them to find their own, unlit candles in their own dark. My candle is lit to help discover others’ unlit candles in the dark as their own, unseen gifts, to find their own, inner strengths. And, your inner strengths can be trained once you light them up, and/or simply find them in the dark as available for later.

Seeing with cat’s ears . . . I help to discover others’ unlit candles in the dark. I can be a better candle by making my “normal” experience of the boundarylessness of inifinity into an eight. What does that mean?

I can be the best candle by making ithe infinity I cat’s-ear-see specific.

I can be the best candle by helping others to focus in to discover their personal, nebulous things.  To work with daydreaming or those things they are naturally drawn to yet then turn away from as they might feel they are a waste time . . . as, I bet in a lot of cases . . . they are “normally” and naturally turning themselves towards something.  And, maybe they turn off of them when  . . . uh hem . . . .  allegedly nothing gets done. . . and make these “naturally turned towards things” into . . . something specific and usable and  effective for them that . . . well . . . naturally resonates with them with ease.  Then, there is also rest and relief, from one thing and another in the creative process.  What do YOU hear?  What actually makes the cut after the curtain goes up?  We can go into that another time.

I can be a better candle by taking the elevator Muzak of Nothingness to show people how to apply that quality in effective ways in their lives.

I can be a better candle by providing my gift of making unseen things real, to help others find their nascent gifts, the ones that are asleep or unseen, and that found, allow them to brightly wake themselves up further on their path.

I can be the best candle by helping others find their unlit candles in the dark, and to show them how to light them!

In closing I can be a better candle and my best candle by consciously directing my teaching and Tarot readings to help others learn and teach themselves by more directly focusing on their defocused times . . . and find the gifts that hide in plain and silent sight for them to continually discover and utilize effectively.  Things hiding in plain sight, unlit candles in the dark can be ROCKIN’!!  And, a video musica seque towards the end for you that  . . . I EVEN have no words other than  YES! . . . and Koan-Ciding . . . Go to Kareena’s blog, and come back and watch this for a get-ya-going dancefloor sound experience for you!

On to the next TarotBlogHop!  May these all be similar, may they each be unique, and may each of them open your eyes and allow you to better find your unlit candles in the dark. Unlit candles in the dark.  Discover.  Light.  . . . May your unlit candles, found and lit, further inspire your life!

Blessings, Jordan

And, in the progressive TarotBlogHop dance, Head on over to Kareena’s blog for your next TarotBlogHop!

p.s. if you would like to come back n groove some more, here is Terry Bozzio playing percussion as piano.  His candle is seriously lit! 🙂

Tarot Cards Repeating?

When Tarot Cards Repeat Reading After Reading . . .

When a card or cards come up multiple times when reading for myself, reading after reading, to me it feels like successive laps on the track continuously voicing their time-message, their presence, each time differently, to inform me from different perspectives, as a chorus of a card voicing its multiply informing messages.  Meaning, it is my job to resonate more with its/their iterations, as if the card is pulse-cycling to gift me a fuller meaning before I slingshot out of a curve back onto the straightaway powered by it and the other card(s). Meaning, “I am trying to message you!,” the cards seem to say.

Allow the 3 of Wands to simply be here.  If it resonates to add anything . . . how so from your perspective?

4 of Swords ~ Queen of Wands have come up together repeatedly recently:

~ balanced ideas resonating ~ to intuitively lead the way naturally, higher energy octaves in need of direct feelingsense?

~ cycling points in motion ~ informing a court quadrangle with very specific energies?

~ a gift of resonant thought, ideas, as if on an initial plateau, an expansive foothills plateau to play on to embrace as a precursor to me expanding forward ~ without explanation or reason other than staying energetically on track in a (natural inner leader) Queen of Wands way?

~ less primrosed pathed 4 of Swords ~ Queen of Wands interps such as note the energetic foundation present very simply and clearly?

~ another LESS primrosed path?  Is that really less primrosed, or simply fear/expectation/blind-spots presenting to stifle the verdant vibrancy of forward movement?  Expectations presenting as being stuck, or wrestle-breaking out of chains inspirationally.  And, I ask you not to do that simply because I asked.  Eff respect for what I say.  Maybe what I say has zippo bearing on your reading-sense.

The resonance of the same card repeating for me becomes a motivating metronome, a strobing of multiple meanings divining towards a message of tuning the idea or concept I am working on where identity is pulsing itself to clarity through working it . . . expresses a centering device to embrace it more deeply at speed, and in motion in real-time.  A warming up through action with the card(s) rather than to pause and contemplate.  One of the repetitive card messages is to cycle up across the board kaleidoscopically without confusion, experience the vibrancy, through my actions rather than digressing to pause and take notes.

Repeating cards feel to be a call to interpret things in motion, in a way expressing, “Come hither, Heathcliff / Heather.”

“Digressing” to taking notes is cool by me when coming in for a pitstop so to speak.  And as well, when cards come up multiple times in a row, they seem to be signaling me to be informed of the successive heartbeats IN and OF my actions to inform and tune and tailor my further actions. They seem to be a hint that a vein of gold has been struck, and to explore it actively.

What are your thoughts on repeating cards?

Tarot Twos To Pair: Your Mystereum Tarot Moment

previously, on Mystereum Tarot Moments, The Family of the Aces.

Today is your . . .

Mystereum Tarot Moment With The Family of the Twos

Hi… Jordan Hoggard, author of Tarot in the Land of Mystereum , here to explore pairings and contrasts with the family of the Twos.

Numerically, the Twos correspond with Judgment ~ Strength (or Justice if you run it as eleven in your Tarot card sequencing) ~ and The High Priestess of the Major Arcana.  You can explore the relationships of these numbers further in my blog.  So, let’s explore Tarot pairings and contrasts with the Twos. [[INSERT CARD IMAGES]]

With the 2 of Pentacles strive for equality, equanimity. Feel a direct line from your feet to your imagination with your feet as ground-grabbers.  Spread your toes as fingers. Imagine things as soon as they touch your feet with the dexterity of delicate finger-strokes in an epic spiral of giving and receiving.

With the 2 of Cups feel another persons’s big, bright-eyed smile when you think of your identity. Love yourself. Love your imagination. Love who you are. Relish in the wonderful gift of two people or ideas participating together.

With the 2 of Wands shift your focus and redirect your scale on the fly if you feel perplexed. Literally, adjust the energy of your gaze, and do not let many little things be confused as one, big thing.

The 2 of Swords focus for better communication. Study things. Strongly see and discover the way you were naturally born to see.  Express it.  See and think about familiar surroundings differently.

Pairing and contrasting the whole family of Twos in your own way can provide a vital Tarot lesson.  Allow them to inform one another as they come up in a Tarot reading. 1 present, 3 as Silent Counsel. An example? The 2 of Swords can serve to better discern familiar perspectives differently. See and think about things in a different light on the foundation of the 3 Silent Counsel. Refresh your perspective, and more specifically direct the 2 of Swords.

And, to address emotions and receiving in relationships with the 2’s with another example?  Visualize how male and female qualities relate.  Men may be from Mars, and women from Venus, yet I don’t think so. That seems to be a trickster.  See children, say 6 years old.  A little boy will play.  Another boy comes up, and they play.  A 3rd comes up, and they play and play catch-as-catch-can until they are hyper-tired balls of emotion, and they all cry and cry and cry. Then, see a little girl.  Another girl comes up. They begin a tea party. A 3rd comes up. And, once whichever is alpha begins to get overloaded, she sends one away with something like, “YOU need to go think about what YOU have done!”  And, the girl, tail tucked between her legs, skulks away.  Notice that there was no content in the dismissal.

What does this indicate? I would say that at core it indicates that males are naturally emotional, and females are natural strategists.  Scroll this forward to now, and apply this to your feelingsense in relationships — male and female (anima) qualities in a male as emotional, and the female and male (animus) qualities in a female as a strategist.  We all generally utilize some of both.  Does this example provide any flipped, societal clarity in regards to addressing emotions and receiving in relationships?  Does this provide a simple and example that is applicable?

Here are two food-for-thought questions to play with:

~ for your male aspects: What are you really feeling? Ask. Couple with the other’s perspective.

~ for your female aspects: What are you really working to orchestrate? Ask. Couple with the other’s perspective.

Thank you for visiting my blog.  I look forward to further touring you through the families living in the Land of Mystereum.

Your Mystereum Tarot Moment With the Family of the Aces

The Tarot Family of the Aces

Hi!  Jordan Hoggard, author of Tarot in the Land of Mystereum, here to explore potential with the Tarot family of the Aces.

Numerically the Aces correspond with the Sun, The Wheel, and the Magician of the Major Arcana.  You can explore the relationships of these numbers further in my Birth Card blog series. So, let’s explore potential with the Tarot family of the Aces.

With the Ace of Pentacles: Sense your Solid Inner Inheritances, the assets and seeds you were born with.

With the Ace of Cups: trust your heart, and with bright eyes your ideas may begin to pulse with life.

With the Ace of Wands: Direct your energies.  Place them where you feel best.  As you do, feel the magnetism of things that are wonderfully located.  Use your energies to magnetize yourself and inspire the energies around you.

With the Ace of Swords: Gift yourself the ability to cut to the chase.  listen to its vital lesson. . .listening, Mind that you stick to the point.

So, a vital Tarot lesson from the Aces can be to allow the whole Tarot Ace family to inform one another. Unseen cards in each Tarot family can be silent, family Tarot Counsel, a ground of invisible Tarot support to inform each card. Visualize each Tarot card as a flower bud.  Allow it to open up and bloom with the allied fields of forces each Tarot petal contributes.  Discover each Tarot petal as a treasure. Do they unfurl like a butterfly’s wings?  Visualize the Tarot landscape scene of your spread.  Let each card position in your Tarot spread be a center in your personal, Tarot landscape. They can be neighbors. Places. Questions. What action to they indicate to take?  Ask the community centers of your Tarot spread how they get along in your Tarot world. What kind of living flower bouquet do they make in your Tarot Garden?

The center doesn’t have to be in the middle.  Think of the center of a flower. Does it move around up top in the breeze like a gardener tending to his flowers?  Do Tarot petals unfurl around its center that is up top, not in the middle?

I hope you get some great takeaway from this.  Do please let me know.  Are there topics that you would like addressed by the The Land of Mystereum families?

Jupiter’s Blessings to You and Yours,
