Mystereum TarotScopes ~ Allies for Your July 21 to July 27, 2013 Week

Cancer: June 21 – July 22 ~ King of Pentacles

Master Builder, stunningly solid qualities, indomitable

Cancer, This week you are very very well-placed and have the potential to embue your old-growth qualities by bringing them to some new ventures you are involved with or working on. Keep that Kingly humor all week to keep the air clean of requests for explanation.  This week is more about putting large things in place just so, like tailoring the pyramid’s siting. And, hmmm, a pyramid… There are myths and stories about the whole worlds underneath them beyond the standard cross-sections we typically see. Think of yourself as a pyramid in terms of geometry this week, though. You, as a pyramid…”Pyramids are themselves their own foundation set on the sands of time.” (Mystereum Imagination Primer, page 71, used by permission 😉 ).  Use that to your advantage this week. When you set something down or lay something out this week, it may well naturally look as if it has been there forever. Be mindful of that this week as work in the discipline of your Arranger’s Syndrome magic… much better than calling it OCD, huh?

Leo: July 23 to August 22 ~ VIII Justice

Leo, This week forget about focusing too much on the good or the bad in things. Instead, look to consequences. Weight the heart of the matter in your own natural order of the consequences you will take responsibility for this week.  The founder of Aikido, Morihei Ueshiba, put it, “It is necessary to develop a strategy that utilizes all the physical conditions and elements that are directly at hand. The best strategy relies on an unlimited set of responses.” So, with that in mind, mind the ultimatums you give yourself as the trail heads and milestones of your core strategies though in a way so they simply keep you aware on the trail and not limited in your responses. Your best strategy this week is probably to simply keep putting one foot in front of the other to keep your motion always warmed up and alive, and… keeping one foot in front of the other may consequently… OOOPS… integrate the Other which can keep you open to an unlimited set of responses. There will be weight and gravity to each of your steps this week, though view that like your environmental weather. No need to weigh each step this week. In fact move around speed bumps taking the path of least resistance this week. Jostling your sense of scale and direction will require some recovery time to tare the scale. Don’t put it in 4-wheel drive this week. Better to balance your scale early in the week for normal conditions, and let its motion simply inform your direction across the week like an inner compass or 14-point telemetry system. Make sure if you feel imbalanced during the week, breathe for 20 seconds to recalibrate and tare your scale. It is not advised to wander in and wing it all wibbly wobbly this week. And, that’s not a challenge. That will set off the big, yellow, blinking hazard light of your traction control. Don’t do that. No matter if you do, though. Testing limits rocks! Simply make sure you recalibrate and tare your scale regularly this week, and that you have things in the right gear and pointed in the right direction before stepping on the gas. Double-check things this week. Don’t assume things are where you left them. This week may have a tendency to play a game of chess to your checkers. Roll with it, though keep a constant eye on the balance of things to adjust things and keep on (the) track. 

Virgo: August 23 to September 22 ~ 5 of Pentacles

Virgo, This week you may remember a lot of when you used to hobble here and hope, and hobble there and petition, though this week all your inner sunbeams are shining through the cracks. It seems you integrated something quirky and odd and maybe even a bit exotic that now feels like just the most natural and normal of things to have. And, that just makes it coolness that much more…cool. Hmmm, what is it?  Ahh, we know, that’s all yours, though this week get it a proper home in your mind. It seems you are loading up and securing passengers for a roller coaster ride through the fun house, and you need to make sure the sacred adornments of your bobbles aren’t shaking off long the ride.  You won’t need to leave a Hansel and Gretel trail on this ride. In fact you are seemingly making a Fun House roller coaster ride out of your familiar surroundings.  Keep seeing those familiar surroundings differently. Like the flower sneaking up on the card image above… an integrated medulla oblongata is a good thing.  One that’s loose and can be shaken off?… not so much.

Libra: September 23 to October 22 ~ 8 of Wands

Libra, Things are up in the air in a positive way this week. Are you taking a trip? Are you playing field sports or Frisbee or catch where that ball or disk has a magic while soaring through the air on the way to its destination? This week if you are traveling, keep yourself up in the air in a positive way so to speak once you land. Keep things light enough to fly though powerfully smart enough to get things off the ground. Use your work like wings this week.  Which two projects will best do this for you? Which two projects when in play really serve to get you off of the ground and put you into play more effectively? Discern that, and line up all of your other projects as passenger priorities, cabin priorities, food and drink priorities, seat belt priorities, etc.  Don’t forget the Loo, too, unless of course you have a special seat. Remember that an active mind is immune to boredom, so pilot yourself and your work up into air-traffic-control land, the land of things on their way back and forth. Work this angle and this week you may discover your own, personal Silk Road. Don’t be surprised at exotic spices and treasures wafting in out of the blue this week.

Scorpio: October 23 to November 21 ~ Knight of Swords

generating ideas, being well-placed, incorporating at speed in motion

Scorpio, This week the sword doesn’t cut both ways so much as you have multiple ways of thinking about things so that you can respond to influences and incorporate ideas at speed and in motion. This week is all about performance and strongly continuing the lines of thought you have been pursuing. Don’t get corralled into overly-intellectual or overly-spiritual traps this week. Each is good for the other when dancing and is instantly poison to the other when separate. Hop more into whatever the F that Nature is. What would Nature do? And, notice that Nature doesn’t ask questions, the weather is not narcissistic, and yet the weather still washes right through.  This week work each and every situation like you are Nature itself deftly working cattle on a ranch with your trusty dog. If it’s snowing, bring a coat. If it’s raining, bring an umbrella. If it’s sunny, bring a friend. Keep your perspective fresh and open. This week will cycle through multiple things with multiple ways to think about them.  Best to simply keep them all together with a bit of air traffic control and light convo rather than trying to allocate any landing strips and decide on them.  You seem to already have the landing strips all full up this week. Work the heart of the matter of each way of thinking about something rather than picking faves. You also may need a bigger dose of humor this week, or a cookie, so you don’t begin to bore yourself to tears with all these things around you that are just not yet ripe for the picking.

Sagittarius: November 22 to December 21 ~ Ace of Wands

Sagittarius, You might feel like sharing a LOT this week, though don’t let go of the reins so soon. You will do well with the energies to pay more attention to yourself and the energies you have taken just about forever to discover and develop and place. Don’t go giving too much this week regardless of the return. YOU are the nucleus of your world, your energies are just too valuable, and it’s high time you came first in your life. Be the Master Gardener who smiles at planting a special seed, though doesn’t sing it to the rooftops so that everyone comes crowding in to trample the ground. No surprise then, huh?, when the seed doesn’t sprout. Take care of yourself as your most valuable asset. Give yourself all the attention you need this week, and certainly don’t stay at home all the time. Go out and get a view from the cave to go. Your candle is ripening into a torch to light your way and not stopping there. I’d say, “patience grasshopper,” though you’d just catch it for bait and go fishing with it. Pay attention to yourself fully this week Sagittarius. I’d gather even the way you place things has a new flavor to it. Baskin Robbins with 31 isn’t enough. Tasting all 32 and then some will certainly be a good start, though. A lot of people are about to want a piece of you… no, more than that. You of all people need to get your chops up to speed and up your game of your smilingly-in-a-blunt way of saying “No” without a care in the world other than whatever it was wasn’t right for you in a way that they understand without explanation, or don’t… just as good.  Step up to step into yourself this week, Sag. You don’t want the rocket to launch without you. 

Capricorn: December 22 to January 19 ~ V The Hierophant

Capricorn, You may naturally understand this card more than most to the point of calling him The HieroDood. Heck, you know all too well that The Hierophant on a bad day is the stubborn and unbending traditionalist. So, this week just don’t sit or walk or even meet with those who are all in their head. It leads to no-where. After all evening and into the night your convo probably comes up upon 3:55a where you’re about to solve the world’s problems until of course at 4:00a DAYum I gotta hit the hay. Suggestion.  This week, engage the big picture in your life. Engage your big picture more this week, though, by focusing in on the smallest details. Expand into your big picture from the smallest details. This week the devil isn’t in the details. There are doors in the details… maybe even more like wormholes to fractal-facet all scales together. Shift your focus to redirect your scale this week.  Expand into your big picture by entering it from the smallest details.

Aquarius: January 20 to February 18 ~ XX Judgment

patience, respect, renewal, resurrection, sensing perennial nature

Aquarius, This week you may very well feel overly sensitive and also tentative as if you are protecting something though you still don’t know what or where it is. This heightened sensitivity may make it feel like cosmic messages are pointed right at you through a megaphone, and though loud and clear there may be the biggest WTF dancing in right along with them. Find your own center. Find your own eye in every storm no matter how large or small. Something is opening up behind the scenes for you felt like an unseen seed cracking open under the ground. Simply be mindful of your footsteps this week. You don’t want to accidentally trample some new sprout poking its nose up into your life. Simply do whatever you do when you plan to walk a new path. Sooner rather than later your path will need to be adjusted to accommodate these new things sprouting up as the future landmarks they are. Simply listen and take notes this week as you fully feel into your steps… and take note of anything new on the scene regardless of how small it may initially seem.

Pisces: February 19 to March 20 ~ 6 of Swords

Pisces, This week will show you just how much you have on your plate, so be mindful not to reach for more. This week is all about showing up mentally to deftly deal with all the communications and ideas you hold or are managing. Healthy and full exchanges will be the theme of your week if you want to get some of the many things off of your plate and put in place and into action in the near future. This week, though, deal with what you have in front of you to work on. Make sure to mind the necessary air traffic control that you will need to perform to keep annoying flies and seagull managers out of your mix.  You know the type?  They fly in all of a sudden, ruffle a bunch of feathers, sh*t all over everything, and just as suddenly fly out. Protect your workload from being overburdened or minimized with healthy and full exchanges. You only have enough runways to land some of the things you have on your plate for their connecting flights. Don’t be dazzled into delusional compliance by the fake fashion runways of others tugging at your work patterns. This week it’s all hands on deck, though only the hands that you so deem to be there.  Playing this way throughout this week without exception may not be the easiest gig, though I bet not alien to you. Step up your game by simply stepping more IN to the things already IN your game. The rewards won’t be as far off as you may imagine.

Aries: March 21 to April 19 ~ 2 of Pentacles

balance, equanimity, crucial detail, dna-level connective tissue

Aries, This week is all about the most critical connective tissues and connections between things for you. Like a fluid sprinter at break-neck speed, be conscious of the tiniest things that are out of balance that can shoot you spinning way off course or right into the wall or ground. No need to take that sensationally or to induce worry. In fact quite the contrary. Part of the fluidity of a great sprinter is that they are trained fully for their focus. Even the smallest of things that doesn’t belong is jettisoned before it can become grit mucking up the flow. And, the smallest of things that all do belong consequently begin to work together fueling different scale much like the well-crafted inner workings of a great watch or clock. Take this simple mantra for the week: “Forgetting is for getting. It makes more room for the good stuff.”  This week quickly clean out anything unnecessary or that doesn’t belong. The way you enhance you forward progress doing this may well thank you profusely… or with a simple and intensely direct “thank you” nod.

Taurus: April 20 to May 20 ~ 3 of Wands

Taurus, After your stint of important Major Arcana cards for several weeks, it looks like you can finally get yourself out of the Big Picture Garage and let the energies cleanly cycle through with the rubber directly meeting the road. Play the performance you have been developing with the wonderfully sticky energetic tires you have this week. Are you seeing a Formula 1 or TT race analogy going on here?  Good deal if you do!  Work your pits remotely. Work all of your support structures be they Design Engineers, Tech, Consultants, etc. remotely. Work them to your advantage this week by delegating as much as you can so that they can keep feeding you the info you need from remote places (research coming in from back burners).  Be the driver this week that is really in the driver’s seat. Steer with the clean energies that come, juice you up, and continue on out. Don’t hold on too tightly this week and get tunnel vision. Use the energies cleanly cycling through this week to keep your environment fresh and pulsing so you start to expand to your grand vision of what is ahead.

Gemini: May 21 – June 20 ~ 5 of Wands

What do you see that everyone else is missing?, stiff competition, challenges, new perspective in the mix

Gemini, This week is all about playing to and with the heart of the matter, the eye of the storm, the presence in the chaos. You may have been dabbling with being more positive recently, though this week that will present an all-too-agreeable you.  Don;t smile just for the sake of it. I’m not indicating for you to be mean or rude or an a**, simply that you bring something that the competition is missing… and, especially with this week’s energies it will work better when brought forth in pure and undiluted form.  Keep your sense of humor this week. It’s of course just fine to look for the good in all people. Simply remember that some people are simply really good at being dicks. Steer clear of those people like steering clear of orange cones on a slalom course. New life is found by swimming upstream against the current. What new life do you bring to the table this week that the competition is or your teammates are missing? How do you best put it in play?

Cancer, This week is all about a new idea you have and sticking to the point. Work clean and stay focused to keep your thinking sharp. This new idea of yours will thank you, and you in turn will thank yourself.

Leo: July 23 to August 22 ~ Knight of Cups

Leo, You will be incorporating your feelings this week while on the move. Rather than sitting down to work out how you feel about the things going on in your life, you will do best to deal with them as they happen at speed and in motion. Be mindful to adjust your pace as needed this week. This week will be like driving a standard transmission. Make sure to gear into the right pace for each situation. Try not to jackrabbit those gears and make good use of the clutch for smooth transitions and segues. I’d keep it out of the redline, too. Getting into the redline may simply indicate a need to shift and corner.

Virgo: August 23 to September 22 ~ 4 of Wands

This week work to discover that one emotion that is usually relatively buried that has floated up for your benefit. Find the treasure and infuse your self with it allowing it to cascade through you before it goes settles back down and out of sight to do its magic.

Sagittarius, This week will be all about placement for you. Whatever vehicle you have been using primarily may need a rest like the Emperor’s horse that has nestled into the ground and transformed into his world tree. Be subtle and watchful like a benevolent overseer. Discerning the state of your union is the most important thing you can do this week. Begin to make plans with what you now see from your newly grounded perspective. If you incorporate your observations, they will serve you well in the coming weeks and months.

Capricorn: December 22 to January 19 ~ Queen of Swords

Capricorn, No BS for you this week, and no holding back, either. Be mindful and thoughtful about your opinions and with them, though make sure to express them just so and at just the right time. Don’t worry about your timing too much this week as you will have a natural discernment present that will feel to trigger your responses to things. Be a natural leader with yourself this like the Queen who explains herself to no-one. She simply stands and delivers and that is that. Mind the bluntness of your responses, though. Being bull-headed or brittle is the opposite of what this week’s energies synchromesh with. Be fluid, though there is certainly no reason to go with the flow. New life in your thinking will come from you swimming upstream more often than not this week.

Aquarius: January 20 to February 18 ~ 5 of Wands

Aquarius, This week it is most important to see what you see and bring to the table that no-one else has. Friends? The competition? Look through your playing field to see the rainbow that everyone else misses as they are all wrapped up in their conflicts or rest. Your target will be far this week, though your energetic vision is tuned to the task. Owl-eyes this week. If you need to change your perspective, turn your head rather than moving your eyes. Your eyes will do best to keep focused on that energy that only you perceive, have, or discover this week.

Pisces: February 19 to March 20 ~ V The Hierophant

Pisces, Your down-to-earth spirit may feel to get a little muddy this week. That’s aok fine. Really feel into how your water flows and affects the ground around you. Play with the natural ways that your ground gets grooved and formed like perceiving rivers and streams. You may feel like a stubborn and unbending traditionalist if you have a bad day, though work to breathe and keep those qualities flipped to the counterbalance of them that is your down-to-earth spirit. Diving deep is easy for you. This week, don’t take the easy route or the high road. Take the roads and rivers and streams that form around you naturally. They will be the most fruitful for your experience, and fuel you to be able to dive deeper as you need to in the coming weeks. This week keep your head above the water, though. The fresh air and mud will do you good. Make the fresh air and mud like a spa treatment, and keep away from skirmishes and wrestling in the mud. Aries, Your bright identity is shining and wonderfully dancing with your Shadow this week. You’ve processed some turbulent feelings that are filling you with wisdom from the Songs of Your Experience. Allow this Sophia Principle to keep you alert enough to be aware of your Shadow though astute and fluid enough to dance with it. Don’t tangle with darkness or brooding feelings this week. They are markedly different allies for your fire. Also, stand up a little taller this week so you can see past your inner campfire to all the life living beyond its light. This week will be all about introducing yourself to and being introduced to and simply discovering new people and things around you that resonantly fit into your life. New is new and old is old, though this week let your memories and dreams flow together as if some-one knocked the hinge-pins out of the door of time. Lay down that unneeded door to open up a portal like a drawbridge. New things are coming in as if from beyond both from deep within you and from faraway and unseen places. Taurus, A seed that will soon become quite an asset and a treasure has opened up somewhere for you in a place as of yet unseen. This week keep your calm so you are quiet enough to hear seeds bursting forth unseen underground. The way you travel and the paths you take need care and attention this week. You don’t want to trample on these new sprouts as they come up. Re-pattern your routes to give them proper breathing room to grow and thrive. Allow them to affect your movements. Odds are any ruts you’ve been in will fall away like the shell of these sprouting seeds if you team up with them by giving them some good room.

Gemini: May 21 – June 20 ~ XIV Temperance

Gemini, This week will be all about magical mixing where nothing will feel very dual as intense differences will be dancing and mixing together all at the same time. Try not to dissect your situation too much this week. This week will be all about fluidly discerning how you react to catalyze your reactions into vivid and memorable responses.
