It is suggested to pay serious attention to the air traffic control of how you direct the communications around you while piloting from a centered place. Pilot from the emptiness, from the eye of the storm of missing middles. Odds are that rather than berating yourself for losing your grasp of some things in your mix you will have more success this week by operating IN the storm though from places of little or no resistance. Find your own eye in the storm this week and do your thinking from there. Odds are you will see the chaos as weather simply washing through. When it’s stormy this week, share an umbrella. When it’s sunny, invite a friend. The things that are missing in your life have a great and specific place in your life this week. Sagittarius, This week is a grand time to find just that glass hook of what really irritates you. Once you discover what it is, simply pull it out and toss it without care or explanation. Don;t reason with your irritants this week as you will only rehydrate them to inflame you further. Notice things that just a bit off like seeing a bent twig in water. As you know, it is not really bent. The water simply refracts what you see. Visualize the water with this twig as your mental state and the bent twig as that thing that really gets your goat. Slowly withdraw the bent twig from the water, notice the twig for what it is, and with a big exhale, forget it and toss it. Forgetting is for getting this week as it will make more room for the good stuff. You need to find that thing that irritates you first. Once you do find this irritant, though, take care to remove it slowly so it doesn’t further interact with the things around it. Exhale. And, forgetting it, toss it. It may sound like a teeny gig to occupy a whole week, though you will thank yourself in the coming weeks if you do. It is a lot like an arrow being shot from a long distance that is off 1/10th of a degree. At a short distance the arrow might still hit the bullseye. At longer distances, though, it will come nowhere even near the target. Mind that 1/10 of a degree as a requirement for the aims you have set in your goals. Re-calibrating your aim by finding and removing this irritant this week, will make for more dead-on accuracy in the coming weeks. It as well may be as simple as making sure your work space is pristine clean so minor distractions aren’t always catching your eye when you are in the heat of ficus.

Capricorn, This week is about gigging your groove with some new sparks, some new flashes of insight as to what is really precluding your magic. You may need a welder’s helmet of sorts this week, or you may need to see you own shooting stars within you. Visualize the night sky as a big bowl upside down that stays full, as a Black Crucible of the Magician. Where are the shooting stars you see in your sky? Near a planet? Near a certain constellation. Magically steal the night sky’s free influence and apply that planet and/or planets and/or constellation and/or constellation’s influence or influences. Entertain how the stories behind these celestial, night sky gigs can inform your work. You may not be at as much of an impasse as you feel. You may still have a hard time asking people for help or assistance in regards to your situation, though the sky certainly won’t refuse you or make mention of the fact that you looked to it for an guidance overlay to unstick and inform and more actively activate your current situation so that you can affect more solid engagement with the things you are doing or trying to do. Ask the sky around a shooting star for help this week by simply noting where IT shot right through. This week the story of your night sky is ripe to be vibrantly mixed into your daily activities.

First Off, One Expression of Lammas is…
The remembrance of place in the protection of the barn as a symbol of abundant storage with a sacred loaf baked with care and attention from the first harvest, and broken into four with each quarter gifted to each of the barn’s four corners. I tend to play with shapes, so I might need to do that, though sneak-bake another loaf or two to sacredly quarter and gift to the additional corners… Please don’t think Zodiac Barn. ;-)…. errr, and so I don’t allegedly modernize your Lammas rituals or skew the good history of Lammas… well, not right off the bat at least…
Here’s a Bit Of General Lammas info for You from Wikipedia: (that I will so graciously edit in blue in parentheses in context as making bread is a process and needs to be minded. And, though I feel the patient awareness of kneading the dough is wonderful now, it also gives me a chuckle to think back to my Dad’s “breadmaking” when I was young and bring it into now… as I tend to edit the cookbook of life so to speak with how I work though the DAYum discipline of the ritual is fortunately ALWAYS there… where the warm-up is absolutely necessary and as well not part of the baked golden performance of bread when the curtain of the oven opens. [paragraph] Heck, in my book nothing is sacred that you can’t laugh with. There may be Silence in ritual, though ritual is no shhhhh of a library in my house… uh hem… delegating the kneading of the 1st batch of bread to the kiddo. SOMEbody other than me was certainly laughing. Back then the task was SO lost on me… though I certainly had no idle hands. Thankful for that now, the kneading, the incessant kneading which seemed to outlast Sisyphus though somehow served to burn out incessant needing. All alone in the kitchen kneading that first batch my mind would wander while remaining in an intensely focused kneading autopilot. Not too fast. Not too slow. And, we always kneaded together on the second and third batches. On Holidays my Dad made about 25 loaves. Rockin’ Moroccan Anise Bread! Hearty and tasty stuff! I guess the real selflessness was that ANY of it actually left the house. Though, he would drive around with 8 or so loaves each afternoon making rounds over several days with each fresh batch. He would make rounds and socialize gifting fresh, rockin’ Moroccan Anise bread. It’s like the bread went to the four corners of the city… and also to a farm or two beyond the city limits.)

A book of Anglo-Saxon charms directed that the lammas bread be broken into four bits, (remove comma… dang my hands are getting tired. WHEN are they going to be back??!)) which were to be placed at the four corners of the barn, (comma, kneading kneading. What do I do when my nose itches?) to protect the garnered grain. (uhhh, left field grinding gears. Use the clutch next time. Don’t knead too fast.) In many parts of England, (no comma after prepositional phrase required. I hope they get back soon as I’ll develop Superman grip if I do this much longer. OH, STRONG HANDS!!!, I am making BREAD OF THE GODS!… uh hem… they’re not back yet. Focus. Knead. Keep kneading) tenants were bound to present freshly harvested wheat to their landlords on or before the first day of August. In the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle, where it is referred to regularly, it is called “the feast of first fruits”. The blessing of first fruits was performed annually in both the Eastern and Western Churches on the first or the sixth of August.”

I offer a poem from The Hierophant in Tarot in the Land of Mystereum (Schiffer, 2010) as the eye of a storm and center of the 5’s to express the natural and developed tool on my table that is my anti-hysterical bias, the beautiful curse born of grace under pressure kneaded and risen and baked into my soul from way too many deadlines over decades. Heck, a bomb might go off and amidst the chaos, and I’ll most probably respond with, “DANG! I forgot my lunch today.”, and then calmly and directly address air traffic control from the eye of the storm as I pilot amidst the chaos to another completion… pilot knowing that the center doesn’t actually always occur in the middle.

As I thought about the Hierophant as a Silverback, I composed a poem for Lammas as my enriching gift to you and yours from my table to spread as you will. May this bread gifted below be baked golden and quartered and gifted to your friends to protect the four barn corners of your life. As I think of the Silverback as The Hierophant, I wonder, I knead the idea. And, as I wonder… wondering, kneading… I wonder wondering if the tender topics in life are the most natural like dough. I wonder wondering if the tender topics are best kept tender where they feel to touch Nature itself in their naturally tender way where their adversity never builds their character… where their adversity reveals it… And, tender topics may simply knead their lives as a beautifully personal oven continually revealing their character.

Cancer, This week you are very very well-placed and have the potential to embue your old-growth qualities by bringing them to some new ventures you are involved with or working on. Keep that Kingly humor all week to keep the air clean of requests for explanation. This week is more about putting large things in place just so, like tailoring the pyramid’s siting. Leo, This week forget about focusing too much on the good or the bad in things. Instead, look to consequences. Weight the heart of the matter in your own natural order of the consequences you will take responsibility for this week. The founder of Aikido, Morihei Ueshiba, put it, “It is necessary to develop a strategy that utilizes all the physical conditions and elements that are directly at hand. The best strategy relies on an unlimited set of responses.” So, with that in mind, mind the ultimatums you give yourself as the trail heads and milestones of your core strategies though in a way so they simply keep you aware on the trail and not limited in your responses. Your best strategy this week is probably to simply keep putting one foot in front of the other to keep your motion always warmed up and alive, and… keeping one foot in front of the other may consequently… OOOPS… integrate the Other which can keep you open to an unlimited set of responses. There will be weight and gravity to each of your steps this week, though view that like your environmental weather. No need to weigh each step this week. In fact move around speed bumps taking the path of least resistance this week. Jostling your sense of scale and direction will require some recovery time to tare the scale. Don’t put it in 4-wheel drive this week. Better to balance your scale early in the week for normal conditions, and let its motion simply inform your direction across the week like an inner compass or 14-point telemetry system. Make sure if you feel imbalanced during the week, breathe for 20 seconds to recalibrate and tare your scale. It is not advised to wander in and wing it all wibbly wobbly this week. And, that’s not a challenge. That will set off the big, yellow, blinking hazard light of your traction control. Don’t do that. No matter if you do, though. Testing limits rocks! And, that just makes it coolness that much more…cool. Hmmm, what is it? Ahh, we know, that’s all yours, though this week get it a proper home in your mind. Libra, Things are up in the air in a positive way this week. Are you taking a trip? Are you playing field sports or Frisbee or catch where that ball or disk has a magic while soaring through the air on the way to its destination? This week if you are traveling, keep yourself up in the air in a positive way so to speak once you land. Keep things light enough to fly though powerfully smart enough to get things off the ground. Use your work like wings this week. Which two projects will best do this for you? Which two projects when in play really serve to get you off of the ground and put you into play more effectively? Scorpio, This week the sword doesn’t cut both ways so much as you have multiple ways of thinking about things so that you can respond to influences and incorporate ideas at speed and in motion. This week is all about performance and strongly continuing the lines of thought you have been pursuing. Don’t get corralled into overly-intellectual or overly-spiritual traps this week. Each is good for the other when dancing and is instantly poison to the other when separate. Hop more into whatever the F that Nature is. What would Nature do? And, notice that Nature doesn’t ask questions, the weather is not narcissistic, and yet the weather still washes right through. This week work each and every situation like you are Nature itself deftly working cattle on a ranch with your trusty dog. If it’s snowing, bring a coat. If it’s raining, bring an umbrella. If it’s sunny, bring a friend. Keep your perspective fresh and open. This week will cycle through multiple things with multiple ways to think about them. Simply be mindful of your footsteps this week. You don’t want to accidentally trample some new sprout poking its nose up into your life. Simply do whatever you do when you plan to walk a new path. Sooner rather than later your path will need to be adjusted to accommodate these new things sprouting up as the future landmarks they are. Simply listen and take notes this week as you fully feel into your steps… and take note of anything new on the scene regardless of how small it may initially seem.

Pisces, This week will show you just how much you have on your plate, so be mindful not to reach for more. This week is all about showing up mentally to deftly deal with all the communications and ideas you hold or are managing. Healthy and full exchanges will be the theme of your week if you want to get some of the many things off of your plate and put in place and into action in the near future. This week, though, deal with what you have in front of you to work on. Make sure to mind the necessary air traffic control that you will need to perform to keep annoying flies and seagull managers out of your mix. You know the type? They fly in all of a sudden, ruffle a bunch of feathers, sh*t all over everything, and just as suddenly fly out. Protect your workload from being overburdened or minimized with healthy and full exchanges. You only have enough runways to land some of the things you have on your plate for their connecting flights. Don’t be dazzled into delusional compliance by the fake fashion runways of others tugging at your work patterns. This week it’s all hands on deck, though only the hands that you so deem to be there. Playing this way throughout this week without exception may not be the easiest gig, though I bet not alien to you. Step up your game by simply stepping more IN to the things already IN your game. The rewards won’t be as far off as you may imagine.
Aries, This week is all about the most critical connective tissues and connections between things for you. Like a fluid sprinter at break-neck speed, be conscious of the tiniest things that are out of balance that can shoot you spinning way off course or right into the wall or ground. No need to take that sensationally or to induce worry. In fact quite the contrary. Part of the fluidity of a great sprinter is that they are trained fully for their focus. Even the smallest of things that doesn’t belong is jettisoned before it can become grit mucking up the flow. And, the smallest of things that all do belong consequently begin to work together fueling different scale much like the well-crafted inner workings of a great watch or clock. Take this simple mantra for the week: “Forgetting is for getting. It makes more room for the good stuff.” This week quickly clean out anything unnecessary or that doesn’t belong. The way you enhance you forward progress doing this may well thank you profusely… or with a simple and intensely direct “thank you” nod.
Taurus: April 20 to May 20 ~ 3 of Wands

Taurus, After your stint of important Major Arcana cards for several weeks, it looks like you can finally get yourself out of the Big Picture Garage and let the energies cleanly cycle through with the rubber directly meeting the road. Play the performance you have been developing with the wonderfully sticky energetic tires you have this week. Are you seeing a Formula 1 or TT race analogy going on here? Good deal if you do! Work your pits remotely. Work all of your support structures be they Design Engineers, Tech, Consultants, etc. remotely. Work them to your advantage this week by delegating as much as you can so that they can keep feeding you the info you need from remote places (research coming in from back burners). Be the driver this week that is really in the driver’s seat. Steer with the clean energies that come, juice you up, and continue on out. Don’t hold on too tightly this week and get tunnel vision. Use the energies cleanly cycling through this week to keep your environment fresh and pulsing so you start to expand to your grand vision of what is ahead.

Gemini, This week is all about playing to and with the heart of the matter, the eye of the storm, the presence in the chaos. You may have been dabbling with being more positive recently, though this week that will present an all-too-agreeable you. Don;t smile just for the sake of it. I’m not indicating for you to be mean or rude or an a**, simply that you bring something that the competition is missing… and, especially with this week’s energies it will work better when brought forth in pure and undiluted form. Keep your sense of humor this week. It’s of course just fine to look for the good in all people. Simply remember that some people are simply really good at being dicks.
